A memo on establishing the Azerbaijan-Kazakhstan Expert Council has been signed during a round table on the 30th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the two countries, held in Baku.

According to Report, the document was inked by the Board Chairman of the Azerbaijani Center for Analysis of International Relations, Farid Shafiyev, and the Director of the Kazakhstan Institute for Strategic Studies under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Yerkin Tukumov.
