Azerbaijan and EU to discuss Karabakh conflict settlement in late February

Baku. 25 February. REPORT.AZ/ Deputy Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan Mahmud Mammad-Guliyev will attend the meeting of the EU-Azerbaijan Cooperation Committee, to be held on February 27-28 in Brussels, spokesperson for Azerbaijan's Foreign Ministry Leyla Abdullayeva said.

"The next meeting of the EU-Azerbaijan Cooperation Committee will be held on February 27-28 in Brussels. Our delegation will be headed by Deputy Foreign Minister Mahmud Mammad-Guliyev, " Abdullayeva said.

She noted that during the meeting, the parties will discuss the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, status of the Azerbaijan-EU talks on the new agreement and Azerbaijan's role in the Eastern partnership program.

Abdullayeva noted that the issues of cooperation in the field of energy, transport, trade, education and science will also be discussed.
