​Araz Azimov discusses economic cooperation in Israel

Baku. 23 May. REPORT.AZ/ Azerbaijani Deputy Foreign Minister Araz Azimov met with the Knesset deputy, Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Foreign Affairs and Defense, Tsachi Hanegbi.

Report informs citing JewishPress, the parties discussed economic cooperation between Tel Aviv and Baku.

The sides agreed that the cooperation between Israel and Azerbaijan should be intensified by strengthening inter-parliamentary relations and summits.

Azerbaijani Deputy Foreign Minister praised the achievements of the parliamentary group of friendship Azerbaijan-Israel, headed by Avigdor Lieberman.

During the meeting the sides also discussed the geopolitical situation in the Middle East and South Caucasus.
