Ambassador calls on Karabakh Armenians to accept humanitarian aid sent from Baku

“Armenian self-locking of Khankendi had been removed,” Rahman Mustafayev, the Ambassador of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the Kingdom of the Netherlands, wrote on X, Report informs.

“We hope, simple common sense prevailed and local residents will be supplied by everything they need in a manner that respects sovereignty, territorial integrity and regulations of Azerbaijan,” he said.
