Algerian FM: Azerbaijan makes significant contribution to peace and security

"We highly appreciate the activities of Azerbaijan as the chair of the Non-Aligned Movement," said Ramtane Lamamra, Minister of Foreign Affairs and National Community Abroad of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria, Special Representative of the President Abdelmajid Tebbou, Report informs.

"Azerbaijan makes a significant contribution to peace and security," he said.

According to him, Algeria and Azerbaijan cooperate within the framework of other platforms and organizations, including the UN, OPEC+, and the Gas Exporting Countries Forum.

"I am sure that my visit will boost the expansion of our cooperation. Peace is essential to us. We believe our efforts will contribute to establishing global peace," said the Algerian Foreign Minister.
