Air Force commander speaks on Pakistani-Azerbaijani-Turkish military relations

Azerbaijani ambassador to Pakistan Xazar Farhadov met Commander of the Pakistani Air Force Air Marshal Zaheer Ahmad Babar Sidhu, Report informs citing the Azerbaijani embassy to Pakistan.

During the meeting, the ambassador noted that the political and moral support provided by Pakistan to Azerbaijan during the nearly 30-year-long occupation of Azerbaijani territories by Armenia, as well as during the 44-day Patriotic War, is highly appreciated by the Azerbaijani state and people.

Air Marshal Zaheer Ahmad Babar Sidhu congratulated the Azerbaijani state and army on the historic victory in the 44-day Patriotic War on November 8, 2020, and vowed to do his best as Pakistan's Air Force Commander to further develop military relations between Azerbaijan, Pakistan, and Turkey.

The meeting focused on issues of military education and training, military-technical cooperation, exchange of experience, and so on.
