9,246 evacuated from Ukraine to Azerbaijan so far, says Asadov

"The events in neighboring countries do not pass unnoticed in Azerbaijan. The issue of evacuation of our citizens living in Ukraine is at the center of attention," Prime Minister Ali Asadov said while presenting a report on the government's activities in 2021 at today's plenary session of the Azerbaijani Parliament.
According to him, urgent measures are being taken in this regard:
"As of this morning, 9,246 citizens living in Ukraine have been evacuated. The process is currently underway."
