211 people readmitted to Azerbaijan over past five years

"From September 2014 till now 1,121 people have been readmitted to the country, which was mainly from the European countries," Chief of the State Migration Center Vusal Huseynov said at a press conference on the results of the six months of 2019..

Huseynov noted that these individuals applied for living abroad, however could not achieve any result: "The State Migration Service is working to meet their needs after their return to the country. These include health, education, etc."

According to him, the number of readmitted people to Azerbaijan was 239 in 2019.
