Turkish sports writer presents Qarabag as Armenian team

Turkish sports journalist, and columnist of Sabah newspaper, Gurcan Bilgic, introduced Qarabag as the Armenian team in Son Sayfa broadcast on A Spor TV channel.

While assessing the potential opponents of Fenerbahce in the group stage, the media representative made a mistake by saying, "Isn't Karabakh an Armenian team?"

Huseyin Ozkek, another participant in the show, corrected his mistake. During the program, Bilgic also humiliated the PSV team of the Netherlands. He told the Eindhoven representative "PSV-MSV".

In the course of the program, it was revealed that Bilgic was not aware of the new format of the Champions League, which will come into force in 2024. His colleague Huseyin Ozkek informed him about this.
