Salary offered to Prosinečki in Bosnia and Herzegovina 5 times less than in Azerbaijan

Baku. 1 December. REPORT.AZ/ Negotiations took place between the head coach of the national team of Azerbaijan Robert Prosinečki and the leadership of Football Association of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Report informs, the details of negotiations with 48-year-old specialist, who is the main candidate for the post of Bosnia and Herzegovina team coach are not disclosed.

The Vecernji List writes that Prosinečkii was offered 150,000-200,000 EUR/year. However, the Croatian specialist said that the financial issue was not discussed during the talks. He said the idea of being a head coach of Bosnia and Herzegovina is attractive: "There are good players in this team. It's hard for any coach to work with such potential players”.

Notably, the coaching staff led by Robert Prosinečki in the national team of Azerbaijan earned 1.2 million EUR/year.
