Rival of Azerbaijani national team dismisses its manager

Baku. 16 December. REPORT.AZ/ Martin Foyston, Coach of Norwegian national team, which is rival of Azerbaijani team at the 2018 World Cup qualification, has resigned.

Report informs citing website of Norwegian Football Federation, agreement between the parties was terminated by mutual consent. This is the second resignation after Per Mathias Høgmo. Høgmo was dismissed on November 16 due to failures. A 3-year contract concluded with Martin Foyston in the fall of 2013, was terminated yesterday.

Notably, losing to Azerbaijani team in Baku 0:1 in the first match, Norwegian team ranked 5th with 3 points after 4 games.
