Real Madrid's Juanmi Latasa joins Valladolid in €4.5M transfer

Real Valladolid have completed the signing of Juanmi Latasa from Real Madrid, Report informs via The Athletic.

The 23-year-old will join the newly-promoted La Liga club in a deal worth €4.5 million.

Latasa has signed a contract through to 2029 with Valladolid, where he will be presented as a new player on Friday alongside goalkeeper Karl Hein, who has joined on loan from Arsenal.

The Athletic reported earlier this week that Madrid had discussed the terms of a buy-back clause for the player, and the Spanish capital club expected to retain a percentage of the player’s economic rights and a right of first refusal. Madrid have maintained 50 percent of the player's rights and will have first refusal in any future deal.
