New head coach appointed to Neftchi - OFFICIAL

Baku. 8 June. REPORT.AZ/ Extraordinary General Meeting of Supervisory Board and founders of Neftchi has been held.

Report informs referring to official website of the club, the meeting has discussed a candidate for the position of head coach. As a result, Italian specialist Roberto Bordin has been appointed to this position.

Notably, new head coach was born on January 10, 1965. Roberto Bordin, who finished his football career in 2005, began to work as coach that year. He was a coach of Italy's Bologna (2005-2006), Padova (2006-2007), Ellas Verona (2007, 2010-2015), Sassuolo (2008-2009), Romania's CFR (2009-2010), and as chief coach in Italy's Triestina (2016) and Moldova's Sheriff (2016-2018). He resigned from the "Sheriff" on March 24, 2011.
