Azerbaijan's U-19 national team meets new manager

Baku. 25 November. REPORT.AZ/ Tabriz Hasanov was appointed head coach of the U-19 national team of Azerbaijan, 49-year-old coach told Report.

According to T. Hasanov, assignment confirmation has not yet been received, but leadership of training camp at national team training center in Mardakan, Baku entrusted to him on November 29: "17 year old players were invited to the preparatory process. I work with those players for 3 years. Now they are in U-19 team. Therefore, the leadership entrusted to me."

Notably, appointment of the new head coach is expected to be officially confirmed during AFFA Executive Committee meeting in March 2017. 

Tabriz Hasanov replaced Nazim Suleymanov in this position.
