New Chairman elected to AFFA Clubs Committee

Baku. 23 December. REPORT.AZ/ Election was held to the post of Chairman of the Clubs Committee (CC) of the AFFA (Association of Football Federations of Azerbaijan).

Report informs, election was held at today's CC meeting.

Kamran Guliyev was elected a new chairman in the meeting, attended by the officials of 8 clubs of the Azerbaijan Premier League. President of Sumgayit club will lead the committee in the next one year.

K.Guliyev won 7 of 8 votes. One of the attendees voted for Qarabag Director Emrah Çelikel. Most likely, it was the new president.

Notably, the CC first president was Khazar Lankaran Vice President Tuygun Nadirov. Then, AZAL Vice President Fikrat Huseynov was elected as a head. So, Guliyev is the first club president to led the committee.
