Messi and Ronaldo named best players of decade

The International Federation of Football History and Statistics (IFFHS) has announced the best players of the last ten years in Europe and South America.
Cristiano Ronaldo, the Portuguese star of the Italian club Juventus, is leading in Europe, and Lionel Messi of Argentina, who plays for Barcelona in Spain, is first in South America.
Real Madrid and Spain defender Sergio Ramos has been selected the second-best player on the old continent. Goalkeeper of Bavaria and the German national team Manuel Neuer ended up in third place.
Brazil and France's PSG striker Neymar has been named the second-best player in South America for the last ten years. Daniel Alves, currently playing for Brazil's Sao Paulo, was third.
