Manchester United earns record revenue last season

Baku. 21 September. REPORT.AZ/ Manchester United FC of England has made record revenues of £581.2 m (approximately € 658 million) in 2016-2017 seasons.

Report informs referring to the Daily Mail, profit of the club in the reporting period amounted to £80.8 million (€ 99.6 million).

Last year total revenue of the club was £515.3 million (78 million EUR). 

In 2018, the club’s revenues can reach £ 575-585 million (€ 651-662 million). The total size of staff costs rise by £31.3 million and currently make up £263.5 million (€ 298.5 million). This is the biggest indicator in the English Premier League.

Commercial revenue was £275.5 million (€ 312,1 million) and broadcast revenue up from £140.4m to £194.1 million (€ 219.8 million).
