Kylian Mbappé has become the highest-paid footballer in the world, after extending his contract with French club PSG, a well-known journalist Tancredi Palmeri tweeted, Report informs.
Under the new contract, the 24-year-old striker's salary will be 93 million euros. Mbappé's teammates Lionel Messi (35 million euros) and Neymar (30 million euros) close the top three in the list of highest-paid players.
Kylian Mbappé's new contract runs until 2025. He made 34 appearances in French Ligue 1 in the 2021/2022 season, scoring 28 goals and 17 assists.
