Baku. 21 May. REPORT.AZ/ Keshla club will extend contract with the main team coach Yuriy Maksimov.
Report was told by General Manager of Keshla FC Ramish Maliyev. Club representative said that an initial agreement on cooperation with a 50-year-old Ukrainian specialist has been reached: “We consider Maximov's work satisfactory. Our head coach is also happy with his performance in Azerbaijan. We had a conversation about the extension of the contract with him and the initial agreement was reached. One year contract will be signed with Maksimov".
Maliyev said they would offer a new deal to most of the players in the squad of "Keshla". The club official has already discussed this with players and learned their opinions.
Notably, Yuriy Maksimov has signed a contract with Keshla on December 25 last year, till the end of current season. His team will meet Gabala in the finals of the Azerbaijan Cup on May 28. The representative of capital took sixth place in the Premier League.
