Hafiz Mammadov’s brother banned from leaving Azerbaijan

Baku. 14 June. REPORT.AZ/ Tax Ministry has updated the list of legal persons, heads of executive powers with restriction of the right to leave Azerbaijan.

Report informs, the list includes 144 persons against whom sanctions are applied for the tax debt, as well there are two people from the sports environment.

One of them - former vice-president of the club "Baku", Zeynal Mammadov. He is brother of the club president Hafiz Mammadov.

Another person is from the "Karvan" sports club, Ali Abdulrahimov.

The amount of the tax debt is not reported. Their right to leave the country temporarily restricted.

It should be noted that according to Art. 84-1.1 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic, Art. and Article 23.1.16. 23.1.15-3 of the Tax Code, in case of a non-payment by the taxpayer of the tax debt, the court may temporarily restrict from leaving the country the heads of executive bodies, legal entities.
