Gabala bids farewell to Roman Hryhorchuk - OFFICIAL

Baku. 29 May. REPORT.AZ/ Gabala club has officially announced that it bids farewell to head coach Roman Hryhorchuk.

Report informs referring to the website of club, this decision was made during the meeting between the leadership and Ukrainian specialist after the final match of the Azerbaijani Cup. The meeting decided not to extend the contract. Gabala Sports Club thanked Hryhorchuk for his successful career in the team in 2015 - 2018 and wished him success in his future life and career.

Notably, Roman Hryhorchuk, being head coach of Gabala since beginning of 2015, has worked at this season for 3.5 seasons. An Ukrainian specialist who won 2 times silver, (2016/2017, 2017/2018), 2 times bronze (2014/2015, 2015/2016) awards in Premier League also attended twice in the final of the Azerbaijani Cup (2016/2017, 2017/2018 ). Gabala, which played 3 times in  Europa League under the leadership of Hryhorchuk, qualified to the group stage of the tournament in the 2015/2016 and 2016/2017 seasons.
