Baku. 26 December. REPORT.AZ/ FIFA could implement a new rule.
Report informs, the federation is discussing whether to allow only captains to speak to referees.
FIFA's chief technical development officer, former Dutch player, Marco van Basten stated: "There are a lot of players now who are complaining during a game. I am sure the behaviour of the players can be better".
