FC 'Neftchi' will transfer two more foreign players

Baku. 9 January. REPORT.AZ/ Baku club Neftchi, which continues winter training camp in Antalya, Turkey, will transfer more 2 foreign players.

The club's manager Elkhan Abdullayev told Report.

He noted that more 3 transfers planned, including a member of the Azerbaijan national team, playing for Ukrainian Stal, Pavel Pashayev: "There are some issues related to the club, where Pavel plays and currently talks are underway. Exact decision will be made in two or three days. If it fails, we will transfer two foreign players".

The coach also spoke about Croatian forward Damir Vidovic, currently being in the training camp and new transfer, Chilean Ignacio Herrera, failing to fly from Istanbul to Antalya due to unfavorable weather conditions: "Herrera will join trainings today. All other players are in the camp. I have not yet made a decision on Croatian forward. We cannot make a decision only after one match. I will make my choice after checking him in the next game".

Notably, in the winter season, Neftchi transferred Namig Alasgarov (Qarabag), George Navalovski (Veria, Greece), Zdeněk Folprecht (Slovan, the Czech Republic - lease), Ignacio Herrera (Irtysh, Pavlodar), Kirill Petrov (Olimpik Donetsk, Ukraine) and Pavel Dreksa (Karvina,the Czech Republic).
