Baku. 27 May. REPORT.AZ/ The issue regarding Khazar-Lankaran FC will be clarified on May 30.
Report was told by the club, future activities of the team will be discussed at the internal meeting Monday.
According to 2015-2016 results, the team was the last among 10 teams at Azerbaijan Premier League. According to the regulations, in this case, the club should play at I Division next season. Moreover, AFFA (Association of Football Federations of Azerbaijan) Licensing Commission has not issued a license to Khazar-Lankaran to participate in the Premier League. The club should remove all shortages in its documents until May 30.
The club said that the meeting is expected to adopt a decision either on presentation of license documents to the AFFA for participation in the Premier League or on suspension of its activity.
