Zlatko Dalić: "Match against Azerbaijani national team will be tough because of manager Jurčević"

Baku. 4 March. REPORT.AZ/ "We are favorites in the game with Azerbaijan, but if we underestimate the enemy, we will have serious problems," Croatian national team head coach Zlatko Dalić said at a press conference ahead of the match against Azerbaijan in the qualifying round of Euro 2020.

According to the 53-year-old Croatian specialist, on the first round, it will be difficult for them to break the line of defense of the enemy.

Dalić commented on the appointment of a fellow countryman Nikola Jurčević as head coach of the Azerbaijani national team: "Of course, this is an advantage for them. Now because Jurčević is there, it will be difficult for us."

Notably, the game with Azerbaijan will take place on March 21 at the Maksimir stadium in Zagreb.
