Companies to be exempted from taxes for investing in football

Baku. 4 March. REPORT.AZ/ "The UEFA representative will also be invited to the conference to be held on taxes in April," Elkhan Mammadov, General Secretary of the national association, has said.
He noted that local and foreign companies are expected to attend the meeting. The General Secretary stressed their intention to benefit from privileges of the Ministry of Taxes in football as well: "Companies will be exempted from tax by spending 10 percent of their income to football. No such opportunity has ever been given before. However, now following this change additional sources will be available."
