Report informs referring to the Organizing Committee of the World Cup, FIFA president Gianni Infantino said.

According to him, for the first time in the history of world championships, such a authority will be given to referee: Infantino said that a three-stage struggle against discrimination would be applied: "Of course, we expect the world championship to be held in a fair-play spirit, based on the principles of good play. We are convinced that there will be no incidents of racial discrimination. If it does happen, for the first time in a World Cup, referee can stop the game or even abandon the game”.

Notably, 2018 World Cup will be held in Russia on June 14 - July 15.
