Bursaspor not aware of Prosinečk’s contract term with AFFA

Baku. 26 April. REPORT.AZ/ Turkey’s Bursaspor football club is not aware of contract term of Azerbaijan's national team head coach Robert Prosinečki with AFFA.

Report informs citing bursa.com, “crocodiles” think that contract with Croatian expert will be completed in June. In fact, the deal will be valid until end of 2017.

Due to the unsuccessful game in Superleague, Bursaspor management plans to separate ways with coach Mutlu Topcu.

President of Turkish club Ali Ay again put candidacy of Croatian coach on the agenda. He wants to see R. Prosinečki "behind the wheel” of team in next season.

Notably, Bursaspor vice-president Ali Ademoğlu in January said that talks with Robert Prosinečki completed and agreement has been reached. However, AFFA General Secretary Elkhan Mammadov stated that Croatian coach will head Azerbaijani team until the end of contract.

Notably, R. Prosinečki has signed 3 year contract with AFFA on December 3, 2014.
