Azerbaijani clubs stand against notary registration

Clubs in the Azerbaijan Premier League do not want their contracts to be registered in a notary, chairman of the Club Committee Riad Rafiyev told journalists. He said that the issue was discussed at today's meeting of the committee: "Most foreign players do not get notary registration when contracts are signed with players. This is obligatory in our case. It requires additional funds. We suggested to refuse from it. The clubs are already working transparently, showing the transfer cost on their reports, and the contract is shown on the FIFA TMS system.

Notably, transfers in Azerbaijan are carried out twice a year - in winter and summer.
