Azerbaijan national team keeps position in FIFA rating

Baku. 4 May. REPORT.AZ/ The FIFA unveiled a new rating of national teams.

Report informs, position of Azerbaijan national team hasn’t changed in comparison with previous month. The squad led by Robert Prosinečki positioned itself 87th.

Positions of rivals in 2018 World Cup qualification group also remained the same: Germany (1464 points) is 3rd, North Ireland (823 points) – 26th, Czech Republic (679 points) – 42nd, Norway (387 points) – 86th, San Marino (12 points) – 204th.

Brazil preserved leading position raising its points to 1672. Argentine is second with 1603 points.

Notably, next rating will be announced on June 1.
