Azerbaijan squad plays first match today at Valentin Granatkin tournament

Baku. 9 January. REPORT.AZ/ Azerbaijan national U-17 football team will hold its first match in 19th traditional tournament dedicated to the memory of FIFA Vice-President Valentin Granatkin.

Report informs, our squad will face Latvian U-17 national team. The match will kick off today at 13:00 Baku time at St.Petersburg Sport and Concert Complex. Slovakian and Kazakhstan squads will face at second game of the group to kick off at 15:15.

Notably, Azerbaijani national squad will play with Kazakhstan on January 11 and Slovakians on January 13. First two teams of the group will qualify for 1/4 round, while other two will compete for 9-16 places.
