Average salary of footballers in Azerbaijani Premier League unveiled - LIST

Baku. 27 November. REPORT.AZ/ The average salary of players in the Premier League has been announced.

Report informs  that according to the calculations of Sporting Intelligence, in 2018, elite clubs have paid € 52, 638 to players. Azerbaijan ranked 40th with this index between South African Republic (54.137 Euros) and Bulgaria (46. 058 Euros). The list of 68 world championships is headed by the England Premier League. The average annual salary here is 3.47 million euros. Spain's La Liga is second with 2.55 million euros and Italy with A series is third with 1.76 million euros.

At the next stages, Germany Bundesliga (€1.61 million), France 1 (€ 1.15 million), China Super League (€ 926 thousand), Russian Premier League (€ 774 thousand) and Turkey Super League (€ 763 thousand). Azerbaijan is in the 4th place in the post-Soviet space. Except for Russia, the country is behind Ukraine (€191.238) and Kazakhstan (€146.520). These two countries are in the 22nd and 25th places respectively.

Belarus is on the 67th place with € 31.589, Georgia is 50th with € 13.403 and Armenia ranked 67th with € 2.619. San Marion is the last with € 2.528.
