England's Arsenal and Chelsea will meet within the UEFA Europa League final in Baku on May 29.

ACCESS TO THE STADIUM

Access to the stadium is permitted only with a valid match ticket. Everyone of any age needs to have a valid match ticket to enter the stadium. Tickets cannot be purchased at the stadium.

"Please keep your ticket in a safe place and have it ready for inspection as you approach the stadium. Security checks will be made at all entrances. Please follow the guidance of the security personnel," the guidance says.

Only bags up to 29.7 cm x 21.0 cm x 21.0 cm (similar to a piece of A4 papers) can be brought inside the stadium after security checks. Any bags larger than this or belongings with content forbidden under the stadium rules will not be allowed in and must be stored in the dedicated supporter coaches.

Local legislation and stadium rules do not allow items including the following into the stadium:

alcohol, drugs or other intoxicating or dangerous substances, explosives, fireworks, firecrackers, fiares, smoke bombs or other pyrotechnic devices, racist, political, religious or offensive banners, posters or stickers, large flags or oversized banners (larger than 2.0 x 1.5 m), substances, laser pointers, other strong lighting devices or other objects (including all battles) which can threaten spectators' health or endanger the safety or security of the event.

Entry to the match will be denied to anyone who:

Does not have a valid match ticket;

Is under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other intoxicating substances;

Does not comply with the stadium rules of the instructions of the security personnel.

Once ticket holders pass the turnstiles, if they leave, no re-entry will be allowed.

STADIUM CODE OF CONDUCT

The guidance reads: "Please have your match ticket available for inspection at any time. All kinds of racism, racist or/and xenophobic behavior, and abusive, insulting or inappropriate shouting or chanting are forbidden.

Throwing any kind of object from the stands to pitch level is forbidden.

Entering the pitch from the stands is forbidden and anyone doing so will be subject to prosecution. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the stadium. CCTV surveillance is used in and around the stadium. Once you enter the stadium, you consent to your image and voice being used for photographs, broadcast and image or sound recording of the event, both at the time of the event and in the future. Recording or transmitting of audio or audiovisual images from the stadium is only permitted if permission has been granted by the organizer. Violations of these regulations might hinder entry to the stadium or lead to ejection from the stadium. Please also carefully read the terms and conditions on the back of your ticket."

TICKET INFORMATION

All fans with digital match ticket must complete the following steps before they arrive at the stadium:

"You must have a mobile phone running on iOS or Android. The Europa League Final - Ticket app must be installed on the phone. The activation code received via email must be entered in the app. Your mobile phone number must be entered in the app. The terms and conditions box must be ticked. The mobile ticket notification email must have been received."

Upon arrival at the stadium, fans with a mobile ticket must follow the process outlined below:

1) Activate Bluetooth;

2) Open the app;

3) Show phone;

4) Ticket ready go to gate

HEALTHY STADIA AND ACCESSIBILITY

UEFA with the supporting of its football and social responsibility partner Center for Access to Football in Europe ICAFEI, aims to ensure an accessible and inclusive 2019 UEFA Europa League final for all.

Parking spaces inside the stadium's traffic perimeter will be available to disabled spectators with official parking permits. A drop-off and pick-up point has been identified close to Koroglu metro statium, where accessibility support services will be available to spectators before and after the match. Volunteers will be available to help direct disabled fans to their seating and to other accessible amenities within the stadium.

Audio descriptive commentary will be available in the local language and in English. Spectators wishing to use the service should bring their smartphone to tune into the designated frequencies, but it should be borne in mind that iPhones are not compatible with this service. A small number of spare headsets will be available.

LEAVING THE STADIUM

The most convenient way to leave the stadium after the match will depend on where your seat is and where you are going. Please follow stadium signature and the guidance or volunteers to get to your transport options. Match ticket holders can use public transport free of charge after the match.

If you are staying in Baku:

If your seat is in gates 1-11, leave the stadium via the North ramp and use the shuttle buses to the Qara Qarayev and 28 May metro stations.

If your seat is in gates 12-22: leave the stadium via the South ramp and use metro line 1 from Koroglu metro station.

TRAVELLING TO BAKU BY PLANE

The best airport to travel to is Heydar Aliyev International Airport (GYD): www.airport.az/en.

The guidelines say: "Travel with your passport and ensure it is valid for at least six months from the date on which you plan to enter the country. Please make sure that you have a visa. Submit your visa applicaiton online at http://finalbaku2019.az/asan-visa/

Travel light. No checked-in baggage allowed. Large bags cannot be taken into the stadium. Please see the stadium information sexction for more information. Plan to be at the stadium at 20.00, when the gates open, so you do not miss any of the pre-match ceremony."

Individual travellers:

For the final, a special free airport shuttle bus will operate from the terminal 1 to Koroglu metro station, next to Baku Olympic Stadium, then to 28 May metro station in Baku city center. Visitors can change to the city's metro or bus networks at either stop to reach their destination. On May 28 and 29 the airport shuttle bus will leave every 15 minutes from 07.00 until 21.00.

Tour operator shoild organize coaches for charter flights arriving at Heydar Aliyev International Airport on matchday. Coaches will depart from:

terminal 1 for Arsenal FC

terminal 2 for Chelsea FC

There are taxi ranks in front of Terminals 1 and 2.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT

All match ticket holders can use municipal buses and metro free of charge from 28 to 30 May by showing their paper or mobile ticket. If you have a mobile ticket, make sure your phone is charged. Municipal buses: 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7A, 7B, 13, 14, 17, 18, 21, 52, 61, 65, 79, 85, 88, 88A, 96, 125, 135, 175, 199, H1.

TAXIS/PRIVATE HIRE VEHICLES

Taxis and private hire vehicles are a convenient way of getting around Baku. A taxi from Heydar Aliyev International Airport to the city centre will take 30 minutes. Taxis and private hire vehicles are not allowed inside the stadium's traffic perimeter. Their only drop-off and pick-up points are next to Koroglu metro station.

FAN MEETING POINTS

Arsenal FC supporters: Meeting point at Winter Park. Supporters landing at Heydar Aliyev International Airport via chartered flight will be brought by coaches to coach park P22 next to the stadium. From there, they can take a frequent free shuttle bus to Winter Park.

Chelsea FC supporters: Meeting point at Sahil Park. Supporters landing at Heydar Aliyev International Airport via chartered flight will be brought by coaches to coach park P21, next to the stadium. From there, they can take a frequent free shuttle bus to Sahil Park.

Fan meeting points will be in urban squares and parks, conveniently located at walking distance to the fan festival and the city's main attractions including the old city. Fans will find food and beverage facilities, toilets and transport information at the fan meeting points, which are surrounded by many bars and restaurants: "So if you plan to explore the city of Baku during the day, please return to your fan meeting point with enough time to get to the stadium before the pre-match ceremony. Please follow all instructions that you receive from staff and volunteers of your fan meeting point and at the bus stops."
