AFFA to inform UEFA on fair-play in APL

Baku. 6 November. REPORT.AZ/ AFFA will inform UEFA Fair Play and Social Responsibility Committee about fair play example registered on Kapaz-Qarabag match in the XI set of Azerbaijan Premier League (APL).

Report informs referring to the AFFA's official website, appeal will feature the act of Kapaz player Victor Osegeyl in line with fair play principles.

When the score was 0:0 in 26th minute, referee showed 11-meter penalty after confrontation between Kapaz footballer Osegeyl and Qarabag goalkeeper Ibrahim Šehić in penalty area.

Osegeyl approached to the referee and said there was no breach of rule against him after which referee canceled penalty decision.

After that episode Qarabag scored two goals in a row and gained victory 2:0.
