In this regard, the Operative Headquarters under the Cabinet of Ministers decided to suspend the teaching and learning process, and all related activities at all educational institutions from March 3, 2020, until March 9.

The move comes as part of efforts to curb the spread of infectious diseases and to increase the effectiveness of the appropriate medical, preventive, disinfectant, and other measures in this direction in all educational institutions across the country.

During the specified period, the Ministry of Education and the relevant executive authorities will continue the preventive and disinfecting measures in all educational institutions under their jurisdiction.
