AFFA nationalizes Italian midfielder

AFFA decided to nationalize Keshla's Cesar Meza Colli.
Azerbaijan's national team is planning to involve the Italian midfielder of Paraguayan origin by FIFA rules.
The 29-year-old has been playing interruptedly in Azerbaijan since 2013. He has worn the uniform of Baku’s Inter (the current Keshla) for two seasons.
The footballer, who left the Azerbaijani club in 2015, returned to the team six months later. Following the transfer to Zira in 2016, he again came back to Keshla in the winter of 2018. At the end of the same season, Cesar Meza Colli signed a contract with Romania's Universitatea. In the summer of 2019, he returned to Keshla for the third time.
