AFFA releases statement on new head coach of Azerbaijan national team

Baku. 25 January. REPORT.AZ/ Appointment of a manager of the national football team of Azerbaijan is currently under discussion, Report informs citing AFFA's official website.

The organization said in a statement that meetings with coaches from different countries had been held over the past period. A short list of candidates is expected to be drafted in the near future based on the recommendations of the AFFA Coaching Committee and submitted to the AFFA Executive Board and the Executive Committee. The official information on the process will be made public.
