AFFA Secretary General met with President of Serbian Football Association

Baku. 24 February. REPORT.AZ/ AFFA General Secretary Elkhan Mammadov met with the President of Serbian Football Association, Slaviša Kokeza. 

Report informs referring to Serbian media, meeting was held by initiative of Azerbaijani football functionary, who is in European trip.

E.Mammadov, who is seeking support for his candidacy to UEFA Executive Committee, came together with Slaviša Kokeza at the headquarters of Serbian Football Association. 

The sides discussed issues concerning cooperation. They agreed to organize friendly matches between low-age national teams of Azerbaijan and Serbia. E.Mammadov expressed his hope that S.Kokeza will support his candidacy to membership of UEFA Executive Committee.

Notably, voting will take place on April 5 in Helsinki, Finland. 

E.Mammadov is one of 13 candidates to the Executive Committee.
