World Bank: All the parties involved in process must take care of damage from dollar loans

Baku. 15 March. REPORT.AZ/ Responsibility for dollar loans and losses from the devaluation of the national currency in this area should be evenly distributed between all the parties involved in the lending process, including the lender (bank, etc.), the borrower and the state. 

Report was told by head of the permanent mission World Bank in Azerbaijan, Larisa Leshchenko.

According to L.Leshchenko, the borrower should also take over part of the responsibility:

"Despite the confidence in the stability, citizens should pay attention to its long-term profitability and to consider the possible risks.

"As for the banks, in recent years they have received income from the high interest rates and customers can go on concessions," said the bank representative.
