    What language options do Azerbaijani banks provide for customers? - MONITORING

    Banks listen to customers only in three languages

    Baku. 17 January. REPORT.AZ/ 18 of 32 commercial banks based in Azerbaijan have created for customers a service of choicing language when dialing the call center.

    It was revealed as a result of monitoring was held by Report New Agency.

    The monitoring unveiled that 16 of 18 banks are talking to customers in three languages - Azerbaijani, Russian and English. AFB Bank is ready to listen to customers in Azerbaijani, Turkish and English, Amrahbank in Azerbaijani and English.

    14 banks failed to provide customers the opportunity to select the desired language.
