Volume of overpaid pensions announced in Azerbaijan

An additional payment in the amount of 180 million manats (over $150 million) has been made in connection with the over-calculated pensions in Azerbaijan, MP Vugar Bayramov said at today's plenary session of the Milli Majlis (Parliament) of Azerbaijan.

According to him, most of these payments were made before 2020: "Refund limits have been set so as not to have any negative impact on the social security of pensioners."
