Volume of money transfer reduce in Azerbaijan

Baku. 2 June. REPORT.AZ/ Remittance Volume to Azerbaijan through the fast money transfer via commercial banks on a monthly comparison grew by 6.2% and in March 2015 amounted to 84.2 million manats.

Report informs referring to the Central Bank of Azerbaijan Republic (CBAR), in the annual comparison, on the contrary, a decline of 26.7% observed.

According to the report, compared to February of this year, transfers to abroad decreased by 14.3% from the same period last year - by 7.9% and in March amounted to 60.6 million manats.

In March of this year, the average amount of a transfer from abroad amounted to 526.9 manats, in the annual comparison is less than 8.4%.

During this period, the average amount of a transfer abroad declined from 626.9 manats to 616.6 manats.
