US-dollar rate in Turkey exceeds 3.70 TRY again

Baku. 23 October. REPORT.AZ/ The US-dollar rate in Turkey has again exceeded 3.70 TRY. 

Report informs citing the Bloomberg agency, yesterday the TRY/USD rate in the Asian markets soared to 3.72.

Analysts have said they are worried that the sharp rise in US-dollar rate in Turkey might spread to other emerging economies. The reason for rise of the dollar, at the end of the last week was Turkish president's criticism of the U.S.

Notably, currently, US-dollar rate in Turkey is close to 3.70 TRY. The rate is expected to rise to 3.80, and stabilize at 3.75 at the year end.
