Unicapital investment company expands its activity in the market

Report informs referring to the bank, the impetus for this was the receipt by Unicapital a license from the Ministry of Economy and Industry.

The company will provide basic and ancillary services on the securities market. The main investment services include reception and execution of customer orders related to operations with securities and derivative financial instruments, portfolio management of individual investors, investment advice, placement and underwriting of securities without taking commitments, margin trading and much more", said in a statement.

Investors can take advantage of such ancillary investment services as the provision of loans to investors in the form of loans or other forms of transactions conducted with securities or financial derivatives, conducting investment research and financial analysis at the securities market, and etc,.

Currently, the authorized capital of the Unicapital investment company is 300 thousand manats.
