Unibank increases its authorized capital

Baku. 3 August. REPORT.AZ/ Unibank increased its authorized capital by 78% or 55 mln. AZN to 125,565,232 AZN.
Report was told in the bank, the decision was taken at yesterday's extraordinary meeting of shareholders.
Growth in the authorized capital will be carried out at the expense of an additional issue of shares. "Investment company Unicapital" will be engaged in placement of shares. The placement will be carried out in private, through the registration of transactions at the BSE (Baku Stock Exchange).
Notably, currently the authorized capital of the bank is 70,565,232 AZN. This amount is formed of 25,943,100 shares with a par value of 2.72 AZN each.
