Two 'AGBank' shareholders sell their stock

Baku. 2 May. REPORT.AZ/ Two of 85 “AGBank” OJSC shareholders have sold their shares.
Report informs citing the bank.
According to information, they were acquired by “AGBank” main shareholder and Chairman of Supervisory Board Chingiz Asadullayev. So, his share in the bank rose to 33.57% from 31.68%.
Notably, "AGBank" launched operation in 1992 and named "Azəriqazbank". It was rebranded in 2012. The bank's authorized capital is 102.2 mln AZN.
