Turanbank increases authorized capital

Baku. 25 June. REPORT.AZ/ "Turanbank" OJSC by issuing an additional shares increased authorized capital by 6.4% and reached 50.003 million manats.

"Report" informs referring to the bank, 2 773 units of shares par value of 1 082 manats (total amount - 3 000 386 manats) issued.

Purchase and sell of shares have been carried out on Baku Stock Exchange. The State Committee for Securities has been completed registration of increase in share capital.

The bank's total capital amounted to 51.7 million manats to June 1, 2015.

Currently the bank's 16 service points (9 in regions) and 15 currency exchange offices operate in Azerbaijan.
