Stock market of Azerbaijan reached its historic maximum

Baku. 16 February. REPORT.AZ/ Growth rate of securities in 2014 in Azerbaijan several times exceeded the dynamics of the economy.

Report informs, it was stated by the Deputy Chairman of the State Committee for Securities Ilgar Muradov.

According to him, in comparison with the previous year, the volume of transactions in the securities market increased by 50% to 13.2 billion manats, which is the highest rate since the beginning of the formation of securities in Azerbaijan.

At the same time, a spokesman for the State Committee, said the implementation of the trading in the securities market by using derivative financial instruments, the financing of major regional projects with the help of the corporate securities market, for the first time exceed of the mark of more than 50% in the sector of corporate securities and etc.
