State Customs Committee increases budget transfers 2%

The State Customs Committee (SCC) transferred AZN 348.2 million to the state budget in May 2020, up AZN 6.6 million or 1.9% from the previous year.

SCC told Report that the transfers from customs duties declined by 20.3% or AZN 18.1 million to AZN 71 million, transfers from VAT surged 15.2% or AZN 34.7 million to AZN 263.5 million, from excises - dropped 47.9% or AZN 9.5 million to AZN to 10.7 million, from road tax - decreased by 15.2% or AZN 0.5 million to AZN 3.1 million.
