"Standard Insurance" OJSC changes management

Baku. 29 November. REPORT.AZ/ Chairman of the board in "Standard Insurance" OJSC Kamran Bagirov Ogtay and his First Deputy Emin Bunyatov Nizami were dismissed.
Report was told in the company.
According to information, by the decision of Standard Insurance's shareholders dated 27 November 2017 Anar Sadikhov Ramiz was appointed the Chairman of the Board of "Standard Insurance" OJSC.
He has been working for more than 11 years in various banking managerial positions.
Tural Asgarov Gabil, Director of the Department of Insurance and Legal Affairs of the company, was appointed the First Deputy Chairman.
Notably, “Standard Insurance” OJSC was established in 2002. Its authorized capital is 11 mln. AZN. The company is fully owned by “AB Standard” CJSC.
